The Phoenix Web Shop is currently closed for the sale of Trial Lessons - it will reopen again at some point in 2026.

 

Please note that we cannot send vouchers by post - they are emailed as PDFs for customers to print.

Orders received Monday - Friday before 3pm will be emailed out later the same day. 

After Friday at 3pm and across Bank Holidays they will be emailed out on the first following, working day.​

IMPORTANT - vouchers are valid for 10 months and only refundable as per our T&Cs.  Please see our list of Frequently Asked Questions for details, such as weight limitations.​
