Please note that we cannot send vouchers by post - they are emailed as PDFs for customers to print.

Orders received Monday - Friday before 3pm will be emailed out the same day. 

After Friday at 3pm and across Bank Holidays they will be emailed out on the first following, working day.

IMPORTANT - vouchers are valid for 10 months and only refundable as per our T&Cs.  There is a strict weight limit of 90kg (14st 2lb) for anyone flying in the Ikarus C42 Microlight - please see our list of Frequently Asked Questions for details.
